SoPhit Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • During peak seasons (sales, holidays), processing may take 5–7 business days

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day


Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–4 business days after processing

International

  • Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days after processing

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing

Shipping timeframes are carrier estimates and may be impacted by delays outside of our control.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier

  • Free shipping (when available) will automatically appear at checkout once the minimum threshold is met

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped


Partial Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items may ship separately at no additional cost.
Each shipment will include its own tracking information when available.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy & Order Changes

  • Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout

  • We cannot reroute packages once shipped

  • If you need to correct an address, email sophietheco@gmail.com immediately after checkout

  • Address changes are not guaranteed once processing begins


Delivery Attempts & Signatures

Some packages may require a signature depending on carrier discretion or order value.
If a delivery attempt is missed, please follow the carrier’s instructions to reschedule or retrieve your package.


Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect address or refusal may be eligible for store credit, minus:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Carrier return fees

Items must be returned in original, resealable condition.
We do not automatically reship undeliverable packages.


Delivery Issues: Lost, Stolen, or Marked “Delivered”

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  1. Confirm the shipping address on your order

  2. Check secure drop locations, neighbors, building offices, or your mail carrier

  3. Allow 24–48 hours for possible carrier scan delays

If still not located, contact the carrier to file a claim, then email us at sophietheco@gmail.com with your claim number and order details.

While SoPhit is not responsible for packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will assist you during the claims process.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at sophietheco@gmail.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We will review your request and resolve it in accordance with our Return & Store Credit Policy.


Preorders & Backorders

Shipping timelines for preordered or backordered items will be listed on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.


International Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, or customs fees.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
We cannot modify customs declarations.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain items may have carrier or regulatory limitations

  • PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses may require alternate carriers and longer delivery times

  • Availability varies by destination

Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately.
If you need to cancel, email sophietheco@gmail.com right away.

Orders that have entered fulfillment or shipped cannot be canceled and will follow our Return Policy.


Seasonal Delays

High-volume periods such as holidays or promotions may cause processing and delivery delays.
We appreciate your patience.
