Refund policy

SoPhit Return Policy

We appreciate your purchase and hope you love every item from SoPhit. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

Refunds are not offered. All approved returns will receive store credit only.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following must apply:

  • Item is in the same condition as received

  • Item is unworn, unused, and has original tags attached

  • Item is in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase/receipt is provided

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email us at sophietheco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item(s)

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, SoPhit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is damaged or defective

If approved, we will provide store credit or a replacement at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or hygiene items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure about eligibility, please contact us before submitting a request.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item:

  1. Request a return for store credit

  2. Place a new order using the issued credit


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the European Union may be canceled or returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Store credit will be issued upon approval
